Structure
Program primer (1 x 20 min):
- Opportunity to align on goals and expectations (integrating participant's manager)
Weekly Interactive Content Workshops (4):
- Transitioning to new role
- Core management skills – creating psychological safety, prioritising work, delegating tasks, giving feedback, coaching for performance and difficult conversations
- Applying skills in the moments that matter (with supporting playbook)
One-on-One Coaching between workshops (3 x 45-min):
- Personalised support in applying techniques directly to real workplace challenges
- Targeted alignment to home organisation's values and behaviours
- Targeted engagement with participant's manager (where agreed and relevant)
Commitment to action (fortnightly for 8 weeks – 4 x emails):
- Tailored nudges sent each fortnight based on action plans
Ongoing alumni community of practice:
- Actively administered
